Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills as had very limited knowledge of accounting before my apprenticeship and now understand the principles of accounting as well as improving my general communication, organization, IT and spreadsheet skills

Well organized , with the right amount of support and independence.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as is needed, plenty of internal workshops for training and skills as well as a buddy system when you begin the apprenticeship and Managers that are quick to help/support you

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Plenty, they are readily available over email for learning and admin questions. There is plenty of additional resources they provide you with to aid you in passing exams. As well as a skills coach that keep you on track with your portfolio.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel they match up well, as what I learn outside of work deepens my understanding of what I do at work, making me improve and become more efficient on the job.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of social events and group activities, We have team days at work and team socials outside of work. As well as special events such as summer and Christmas parties as well as whole firm days. Where everyone gets together.
