Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is all about understanding business requirements for future development, ensuring they are appropriate within the scope of our project then using them to inform the work our developers need to do to realise them.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program from the perspective of learning new things and enhancing my own knowledge. The most recent module has been useful and the future ones I believe will be, however the former modules were not that enjoyable for me as they were already understood for the most part

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed existing skills around understanding business change and how to elicit requirements through new mechanisms and structures I previously didn't know. E.g. requirements backlogs, filters etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Live sessions are planned well in advance and have well planned content, timings and break times built in. Some of the report due dates are questionable e.g. should spend 6/week on it but a 50 hour activity is due in 3/4 weeks. However they are happy to reschedule

How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I ask for, I know there is support on hand.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As much as I require, I simply need to ask for it.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has provided me with more structure and tools to help with the typical tasks required in my role. This helps reduce waste and create efficiency in delivery of our projects, helping make sure they are right first time
