Teamwork is of vital importance in the Business of Law week. In order to complete the complex city simulation, client dialogue and innovation den activities, you need to be able to work as part of a team.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture which has ben present through the online interaction we have had thus far has been an extremely strong selling point for CMS. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has nothing but positive things to say about the firm and it makes me eager to get my feet on the ground and interact with these knowledgeable, friendly and interactive people.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I have enjoyed it greatly. If I was to finish the vacation scheme right now, I would already be sold on wanting to work for CMS. This is without having even visited their offices!
