On a daily basis i am given a job to complete assigned with a tradesmen and we will complete the job sometime the job may e handed over to another shift if we cannot complete the job to its size so we will do the amount we can in the time we have.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme because there isnt a large amount of pressure to complete work it is all done in a large amount of time so that everything can be done properly without rushing.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes from my job i have learnt numerous skills which will help me for example active thinking is a skill that has developed for me because i am able to think fast and on what i do.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is some confusion sometimes between buildings but that is to be expected other than that it is well organised and it is all structured so that everyone should be able to come out of their time together
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is a lot of support given but you must tell your employer if you need the support because they are not able to look after you every second of the day so if you need the support telling them is the best option.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Going from building to building can be difficult because doing coursework takes time away from shopfloor exprience which the team doesnt really like the idea of but we ave to get our coursework completed

because its a job at the end of the day if you put the work in, but its good to be in an working environment.

any job is a job, you can always move up and any job in here is different to the same job outside of the buisness.
