I feel the general consensus is that they want to fully support you through your apprenticeship, that being to make you feel comfortable within your workplace whilst enhancing your skill-set so your confident and competent in your sector.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Be certain you apply for something you're interested in, as you'll be able work towards a job role which can leads you to lots of opportunities so long as you are willing to put the work in.
