Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Each day would have different sessions that we had to attend such as networking sessions, insight sessions and sessions to do with CSR. We also had team exercises and meetings including a team simulation and a team innovation exercise alongside a client dialogue session.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There was an element of this but it was somewhat limited. We had one networking session with employees from all different business functions. We also had one networking session with Trainee solicitors.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture is warm, welcoming and collegial. It seems to be very non-hierarchical and everyone was happy to give up their time.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
It was good at providing some industry knowledge. Since this week is mean to precede the two week in office internship, this seems relatively fair
