Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Managing project teams from idea conceptualization through to delivery. Calculating project costs and risks to develop schedules and feed into the wider business strategy on connected systems.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy pushing myself beyond my comfort zone to learning everyday, this programme supports me by presenting new challenges constantly allow me to be further well rounded in the field.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many new skills that it would be impossible to list everything I have learnt. Some highlights are on managing multiple projects at once so I've developed strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The basic structure of the programme through work and 1 day off site for studies works well for me as the constant learning both academically and practically go hand in hand.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My direct line manager is very supportive of me and will always take time out to support further on any challenging topics in work but also support with network of contacts to support my academic studies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider supports with the basic sessions weekly but also holds drop in sessions for further support if required and block books sessions prior to exams when more intensive training is required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel they both support eachother.. My qualification allows me to understand the crucial information required to complete my job successfully but also allows me to evaluate when things don't go to plan.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have site social activities and volunteering events planned locally. I believe it would be better to have more social events face to face with other apprentices across Schneider to boost networking.
