To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

We get to have a taster of different engineering departments which is great when you aren't sure what specific career route you want to go down, you get to settle into the departments, build networks and learn.

Lots of support i have regular 1-2-1 with my line manager to check that i am comfortable in my department and everything is going well.

3/5
i have college reviews to check that everything is on check and that i am comfortable, most teachers at college are good at supporting with understanding the work
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Yes most of the courses i do at college help me understand the topics that are discussed at work, however there have been some courses that i had to do which have been pointless that aren't close to my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there have been lots of networking events which is great to meet those that don't work at the same office and build connections with different departments
