Attend meetings, work on designs in Figma, take notes in user research sessions, ask for feedback on designs and go to lunch with co-workers

I enjoy it a lot

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of new skills relating to the UX field, such as using industry-standard tools and learning more about research and physiology of different UX ideas and theories.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The degree aspect is good, but some of the internal rotations at work were a little disorganised at the start
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots. I have a great support network of other apprentices and line manager who support me in my journey
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots. Great advice from lectures whether that is in session in person or over email
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some aspects of the course are theoretical and academic based, but there is a lot of relevant material that I use in my day-to-day position, such as design thinking and research approaches.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are after-work socials that sometimes happen and Christmas parties. There are also some events that happened that bring together early careers.
