Business administration apprentice in the commercial function. I assist with drafting and reviewing contractual agreements and documentation working closely with the wider IPT team. In line with the BAE Systems behaviours and aims.

The programme is well organised and structured. The communication and transparency could be better for the requirements and rules across all apprentices and managers

I think its helps but the rules and allowances need to reflect from the Early Careers to the central team
