I am an apprentice electrician so every day I am learning more and more, I am currently on a placement in the DDH for 6 months so I am working along side skilled electricians who are there to help and guide me through work so I can learn.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think I enjoy my time in BAE Systems because of all the people I have met on the way so I would say I really have enjoyed it.

Yes I now have a good understanding of being an electrician.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The organisation is a downside I would say sometimes the business is not as organised as it should be, there has been a few occasions where work is slowed down because of the structure/organisation in the business.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my colleagues and my skills coaches.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I dont think furness college gives us the support that we need as apprentices.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel as though it does help a little bit especially in UPKS as it helps making amendments
