As an audit assistant, I work with a wide range of clients to provide assurance on their financial accounts and improve their governance controls.

I have learned how to prepare and audit accounts. I have also improved my technical skills and behaviours during the programme.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured over the course of 3 years. This helps me complete my audit qualification in time while having enough work experience.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Crowe is very understanding of exam pressure, and would offer paid study leave to ensure exam success. They are also very helpful during exam failures, and the trainee team would help provide additional support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Kaplan is very helpful. My talent coach especially is very understanding when I get busy, and would always suggest alternative solutions. She is also very knowledgeable in the necessary skills and behaviours and have provided me many resources.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
