Data & Insights Assistant Review

I am responsible for managing, analysing and sharing the results for the Toyota and Lexus Survey programmes, as well as the addition of new survey programmes and the monitoring of the Central Survey Platform.  I also support the Team with the creation of insights for the business and the network.
On a day-to-day basis I support the creation of PowerPoint slides decks and Excel reports which report on Toyota's current customer experience. I also support other stakeholders and our Network to understand current experience trends and insight.

Yes. I was responsible for monitoring and controlling all Toyota's customer experience survey programmes as well as producing monthly reports to share with relevant stakeholders and directors.

Developed existing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
