On a day to day basis I prepare clients accounts, communicate with clients and assist managers with small things they need
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme, not only because I enjoy my work, but the people I work with make it much better as they are very friendly and always willing to help if you are struggling with something, whether that is work related or not

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gained skills such as : communication, confidence and resilience. These apply in my day to day work and they are also skills I can take with me out side of work
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised as we have great study policies, such as a study day prior to our exams. This is great because it gives us a day to fully prepare ourselves in order to get the best possible results.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support. People are always at hand to help with anything you need, whether that may be work related or not. They also do not hesitate to congratulate you if you do something well, but also will point you in the right direction and support you with anything you may need to improve on
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A great amount of support. Our assessor is always there to reply to any email you send her for support with your portfolio if needed. Our lecturer is also great, as he is there to answer any questions and teach us all we need to know about becoming a qualified account.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Because we get taught things we may not have come across in work yet. This is good as it gives us a head start and an idea of what to do when we eventually do come across it. It also helps reinforce our knowledge on things we may not have done for some time, yet we will still come across it in college
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes we have quarterly accounts team socials, and we also get involved in lots of charity work, e.g. charity football matches or long hikes

Why?
Because they are a great company work for, very friendly and always there to support you with anything you need

Just to be yourself, as that is the first thing they look for in someone.
