My role is to embed the Consumer Duty regulations into the bank and ensure that we are hitting the regulations successfully
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme mainly. I enjoy the responsibilities and the work that i am able to get involved in.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt so many skills across my apprenticeship - I have learnt skills such as data analysis within systems such as excel, furthermore i have learnt people skills such as stakeholder management

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My organisation is a global bank so is very structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have a study day each week in which i am able to complete all my studying with no pressure from my employer to perform work on those days.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive support from Kaplan in terms of ensuring that i am hitting each point of my apprencticeship this is in the form of calls every 4-6 weeks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it helps me reflect on the work that i have completed in role however the majority of my learnings come from on the job learning
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are employee resource groups that I am able to join and also a lot of networking events
