I rotate every 6 months to different engineering teams and work with senior engineers on projects they work on
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Absolutely love it!! Always something useful and different to do and I feel like I am well looked after and challenged in a good way.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of new and valuable skills ranging from technical skills, speaking to non/technical people, managing time effectively etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well , Tfl makes it very structured by rotating me every 6 months with goals and objectives to match for themselves and as well as my KSB's

Best Apprenticeship provider I know from other apprentices as well as it being such a big company to work for, the projects are always challenging and engaging
