Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am completing a Rotational Apprenticeship within Cornwall Council and studying for Business Administration Level 3 qualifications. The role enables me to interact with a wide range of internal and external customers and increase my knowledge of the organisation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and the encouraging conversation I have with my colleagues. The college also supports my learning and development.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship allows me to take learning opportunities that are open to all staff. I am actively encouraged to explore and find out about the areas I would like to work in.

The course structure enables me to learn and improve in my role. It will also support my progress to the end-point assessment.

I am fully supported by a dedicated and experienced workplace mentor.
