Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Purchasing, raising PO's, communicating with stakeholders. Responsibilities include: the office area being neat and tidy, ensuring that visitors are given visitor passes, are signed in and have read house rules.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy my programme as it is a stepping stone into my future career in project management/ business.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt new systems and how to do purchasing, receipting and invoicing on them. I have developed my problem solving and communication skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is well organised, the objectives are fair and not hard to achieve, we get many opportunities. I feel that we need checked up on more and if someone has not completed an objective and the deadline is near, they should be checked up on earlier than later
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive support from my employer when I ask something, but also I get praised to other people. If I need help, I know I can count on them
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
If I need help, my training provider explains to me in detail and ensures that I understand until letting me carry on. I feel as though we could gain more support, as though sometimes things get confusing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I learn topics through my training provider that I wouldn't necessarily learn in my workplace to a higher level of understanding. I feel it allows me to perform better as it allows me to look at my organisation from the outside and not just internally
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We get many opportunities in STEM. We constantly volunteer in our local community, whether it is in schools, shelters, etc. We also get Be Kind Days which are just volunteering days where we help something or someone
