As a project controls apprentice, I'm deeply involved in supporting the project team to ensure everything runs smoothly. My day-to-day tasks involve creating and updating project schedules, tracking costs and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and preparing detailed reports on project progress. I use various software tools, communicate with team members regularly, and help solve any problems that arise, all to keep the project on track and within budget.
