Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
A big part of my role is communication—whether it’s keeping passengers calm during disruptions, providing clear information, or just offering a friendly face. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: make the journey as easy and stress-free as possible for every customer.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
On top of that, I’ve picked up technical skills by learning to use systems like the Reservation System and Departure Control System, which are essential in helping passengers quickly and accurately.

2/5
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5

4/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Yes, there are definitely some great ones but not enough activities to get involved in at work. More social events, like team outings, charity fundraisers, or seasonal celebrations that help everyone bond outside of the work environment.

Yes
Why?
British Airways has a strong reputation for being reliable and professional. They offer a great balance between comfort and service, whether you’re flying short-haul or long-haul. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the overall experience feels polished and well-organised.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
If you’re applying to British Airways, my best advice is to be yourself and show your passion for helping people. They really value good customer service, so talk about times you’ve worked well with others or solved problems calmly.
