Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at British Airways?
Joining British Airways as part of the Commercial Business Graduate Scheme just two months ago has been an exciting and eye-opening experience. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported by the team, which has made settling in much easier. The exposure to different areas of the business and the chance to learn from experienced colleagues has been invaluable. I really appreciate the culture of collaboration and the emphasis on development—it’s motivating to know there are so many opportunities to grow. Overall, it’s been a positive start, and I’m looking forward to building on this foundation and contributing more to the team.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My current role is AI Sales Enablement Lead, my primary responsibility is to drive the adoption and effective use of AI tools—particularly Copilot—across the sales organization. What I enjoy most is seeing the tangible impact of AI on how we sell. It’s exciting to help teams transform their approach—from reducing time spent on administrative tasks to improving sales opportunities through data-driven insights. Collaborating with different teams and being part of a change that shapes the future of sales is both challenging and rewarding.
