To look after and support the children daily and helping to support their needs and help their development.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

All and all I would say I enjoy the program. Team were super warm and welcoming and helped me learn quickly. It can be hard at times but extremely rewarding
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to safely care for the children and have learnt how to work with a large team. Alongside things such as safeguarding, first aid for children and makaton.

I receive lots of help not only from my employer but from my entire team. I feel comfortable asking pretty much anyone for help

Why?
From the moment I started I felt welcome. When I started my apprenticeship everyone was extremely helpful with any questions I had and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing certain things
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Brambles Outdoor Group?
Do it! It’s a truly different working environment especially with the setting being outdoors. The apprenticeship feels less daunting as you can ask anyone within the setting and they will always help to the best of their ability!
