My role is to manage a independent supported living service, leading and supporting my staff team in daily roles and responsibilities, safety and security of tenants and staff members, daily running and service delivery,

I would recommend SIL to friends, although we are under the Lifeways Group, We are SIL and would highly recommend SIL to friends

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lifeways?

For SIL - I would say be passionate about mental health support and only apply if you really want to support people and for them to achieve their goals and ambitions.
