My role is shift leader,training manager and SRIW champion.My responsibilities to run shift smoothly and efficiently,and create a positive safe environment for employees.My job to promote Diversity,Equality and Inclusive workplace where everyone feel valued.My role to handle the sensitive cases and take the action.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship program because I developed my skills,language,behaviour.I learned professional skills in the field and made my self more confident.I gained valuable knowledge in my career and growth in the industry.I polished my skills and knowledge to foster the best to our communities.

Yes ,I learned communication skills,time management,emotional intelligence skills,Business operations skills,scheduling staff skills,labour and food cost controlling,profit and loss in financial skills,team management skills,team motivation skills,Leadership skills,Running great restaurant skills,exceptional customer experience skills,problem solving skills,disciplinary and decision making skills.

My program is well managed and organised.I have all the support from my company and my training providers and mentors and coach as well.I have enough time to study ,and use the resources facilities as well.I have regular reviews to check my progress and plan for future guidance.
