The first few months have been well structured, setting up my placement well, with smooth onboarding.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support with wellbeing and benefits and starting placements. However, I have felt I have faced barriers in exploring some new areas of the bank which seem difficult to work around.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support my Kaplan talent specialist always offers to help whenever I need. This was helpful at the start there is alot to understand about the programme
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Currently quite well as I take some of the skills to articulate complex information clearly into my day to day job. I am sure this will become more and more useful.
