Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Managing a team of 22 field service engineers who fix, repair and maintain Costa vending machines. I complete appraisals, audits on my team's work tasks, various projects to improve ways of working for the service team or reliability of the machines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, meeting other leaders from across the business, sharing best practice. Ive enjoyed the session work also with guest speakers bring to life the topics

My line manger is very supportive, allowing me the time to attend group sessions, complete assignments, and giving suggestions on project ideas and how to take them forward

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have seen my confidence in my ability to lead my team grow, having challenging conversations or even praise and reward is now second nature, the qualification has given me tools to do my jobs to a higher ability
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are networking events (around diary dates eg international women's day) to get involved with. Social activities are harder to arrange as we work remotely, when we have team meetings there is usually social activities connected to these
