My Role is to test the concession machines software and verify it works without any issues so we can rollout the software internationally
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program is fun and enjoyable as I am still learning everyday and Costa have been very helpful when it comes to the stress of the actual apprenticeship and finding that balance between work and the apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to work efficiently and in a working environment. I have also developed my skills in the software world and gain knowledge you could only do by actually physically doing the job.

Very Structured. You know who is who and how they can help and effect your apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot. Whatever I ask for (within limits) will happen. Costa are really good with there apprentices
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a direct communication with my tutor who if I have any queries helps as soon as he can.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

They go hand in hand so I wouldn't be bale to do my role without the training but at the same time without my role I couldn't do the training.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
