To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have been placed in a highly supportive team with management who value and nurture my personal development. There continue to be many learning opportunities, however my initial onboarding process could have been better e.g., a HR welcome pack introducing different elements of the business, including where to find certain information and resources.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

So far I have developed the following skills through my role:
Governance and Financial Control of Projects
The Business Environment

Organisational Change Management
Control of projects in terms of time, cost and quality: Estimating, Planning and Scheduling
Project Justification
Quality Management
Commercial & Contract Procurement and Management

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I operate within the same team for the duration of my programme so I am set to participate in all required training, and any company events as they occur.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
They provide an immense amount support, going above and beyond employee requirements including: new learning opportunities beyond the required training for your role, access to mental first aiders, support for neurodiverse colleagues, and much more.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
They are very supportive, understanding that the requirements for my qualifications varies and changes on a course basis e.g., a course may have a live examination on a set date so and my provider is understanding/ accommodating of this.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My qualification directly aligns with my role and I apply different course learnings as/when they resonate with my workplace. Some courses are less applicable to my role but are still useful to understand how organisations operate as a whole.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
In addition to the varied frequency of professional networking events there are personal development groups, sports and social committees (optional to join) and after-work wellbeing groups.
