I am responsible for managing stakeholder needs, reviewing and developing software on a diverse range of areas.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme quite a lot as it enables me to engage with senior software engineers which allows me to expand my capabilities.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have expanded my software development skills massively such as in areas like modelling of software (i.e. UML) alongside developing my actual core competency skills (network engineering and software development).

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is structured very well and the team behind it are very proactive with their approach and if a problem does arise then they are great at handling it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive an appropriate amount of support. If someone requires more support then they are given it, however, on the other hand if someone requires less support then they are more left to it to try things for themselves.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I believe that the qualification I receive through the training provider helps me perform slightly better at the role. I think that the work I do in the role enables me to grow more than the qualification.
