Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
In my role, I coordinate, deliver, and facilitate the induction training programme for all new staff joining the organisation. I also work closely with our training provider; to support the apprenticeship programme and ensure they have a valuable learning experience. I also deliver a CliftonStrengths coaching programme for our 16–18-year-old apprentices, to help support their work and studies.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really value the interaction with my cohort during group learning sets, as they provide a great space for shared learning and reflection. Having a designated coach throughout the programme has been especially beneficial for my development. The training materials are high quality, and the support from my training provider has been consistently excellent.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through my apprenticeship, I have developed my leadership and communication skills. I’ve developed both mentoring and coaching skills, which has enabled me to implement a coaching programme within our organisation to support our younger apprentices. I have also learnt to be a more reflective leader.
