Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to lead a team of Account Coordinators ordering and invoicing products on behalf of our business to business customers and maximising the service level (availability) we provide. I work with a broad range of different customers across the UK as well as a number of internal stakeholders to make this happen.

4/5
I have really enjoyed my data apprenticeship as it has given me the opportunity to learn new skills and confront my anxiety in working with data which wasn't an area I'd had a lot of experience in previously

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
External supplier management, data analysis and visualisation, data led decision making

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Really well structured with a clear pathway and expectations to meet as well as regular sessions to check in with my coach and people manager and technical drop ins where I might be struggling with the projects
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It is a struggle finding the time in my day job to acheive the 6 hours on the job that I am supposed to complete
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
As much as I need. They have also set up a buddy process for additonal support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Really well - it has forced me to make the time and space to learn and practice new skills before putting them into action in my role to support in improving performance and informed decision making
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
