I enjoy the programme strongly. The team are supportive and always help when needed. I am pushed enough so that I learn new things and improve as a software engineer

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed some key team skills. I talk daily in meetings and present my work which I have done. I have improved my coding skills and standards too.

The programme is very structured. I am not confused about many things and the programme has flowed quite well so far.

I receive a lot of support. The employees that work with me help a lot to improve my skills and guide me when needed.

I receive a lot of support with my level 4 qualification. I am in bi-weekly meetings to help aid progression. Employers also help with my degree and guide me when needed.

Why?
It provides a good work space for anyone. They will be supported and included in anything and will allow for them to grow as an employee and a person.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Communication and teamwork is key. You want to be able to show that you can work well in a team and help contribute to problem solving together.
