To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?

I enjoyed working with my team, which made the long hours of busy season more bearable. Living in london has been such a great experience.
How well organised was your work experience?

There was a good support network set up, with various buddies and connected developments assigned to each person on the placement which you could go to if you had any issues. There were also ex flying starts who did our introduction meetings to tell us what to expect.

It provided an insight in to audit that I didn't have before which allowed me to understand whats involved in the job

I improved my excel proficiency, and general audit knowledge. Client communications also developed over the placement

How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

It differs from team to team, but due to the long hours there is lots of support to help manage this however the work still has to be done so it can be quite a high pressure environment
Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?

Yes - there were often insurance related events occuring and meetings to get involved with and meet other people from the department
