Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The week it split into 3 different sections, placement work, university work and Diploma work (NVQ). During placement work you cycle every 6 months doing a total of 6 placements, Each of which will focus on a wildly different section of the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although you go through tough patches with university, the day to day work is no stress but still challenging with encouraging placement managers and helpful skills coaches.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I started the apprenticeship with absolutely no software or IT experience, but over the last 3 years I have grown significantly, averaging first in uni due to the support and education I get form my work placements .
