Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a junior auditor, i was give the role to help more senior individuals and get the easier task completed at high standard whilst they continued with the more complex task in order for the business to meet high stadard work and allow clients to gain the best insight
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it was nice to work other than study, i enjoyed the chance

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i was able to grasp many sills, such as improvement in communication internally and externally, excel training and also networking with other departments.
however many of us were upbooked for some time meaning that we couldn't utilise the skills further

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i was quiet that was unbooked for more than a month, there was expectation that we were meant to undergo client work up until the end of placement date, however this wasn't the case and i felt very useless since i had no clients for more than a months and this alongside has impacts on my hours that contribute to ICAEW.
but part from that, the team was very encouraging and did regular check ups
