Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day supplier management of promotional plans , secondary space nominations and general supplier queries assisting the buyer with commercial decisions and the wider buying team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program is fantastic and really aids me in my day to day role enabling me to have a great insight into the role of the buyers in our business by completing the buying Apprenticeship

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well Organized with bi Weekly formal sessions with our tutors , aswell as time each week to complete off the Job Training and meet with my fellow apprentices
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I Receive a great level of support from my employee with having the time available to complete the course aswell as many collogues offering help / the offer of joining additional meetings i wouldn't normally attend to develop my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of great support with access to a great array of resources whenever needed aswell as easy to contact tutors
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

IT gives me a much better insight into the workings of the buying role which I directly help / impact so it enables me to make better decisions earlier in the process and aids my analytical skills. its also enabled me to get involved with more project work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have a wide variety of activities at work that we can get involved in from sports clubs , through to different networks aswell as Partnership Hotels
