- moving to new placements can be difficult but good challenge

- how to write reports
- writing formally

How well organised/structured is your programme?
- blocked out weeks for college
- time for work and education
- annual leave can be taken at my own convenience
How much support do you receive from your employer?
- slightly depends on your placement manager but I have had all good experiences
- if confused or unsure can ask anyone within team
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
- teachers ensure we have understood tasks
- marking can take time
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
- better informed my understanding of policy and government
- helps me understand what future placements I would experience next
- more confidence in my role at work
