i receive so much support from my employer there are so many things put it place for me like 1-1 with a skills coach and weekly meetings with my team to check up on how everyone is doing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive lots of training when working towards my qualifications off my skills coach and also my placement manager. my skills coach ensures i am on track and meeting everything that i need too and my placement manager always makes sure i have sufficient jobs to write up

i dont really use anything from my college qualification in my role

yes there are lots of off the job opportunities such as visiting primary schools to give them an insight into the business.

because it is a really inclusive environment to be in and i have made great friendships within the business i feel there is an endless amount of support and an overall great company to work for

try any opportunist you are offered and ask lots of questions
