I plan new jobs for people to undertake, creating risk assessments and assessing existing risk assessments. I walk through the factory to see how work is getting on in the factory.

Teachers off sick all the time, no good cover teachers to allow us to still learn.

Nothing we do in college relates to the dockyard at all.
