Involved going to client sites, interacting with clients, documenting and testing different items in the financial statement to confirm that what's been recorded is accurate and interacting with directors and partners to increase knowledge.
To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?

Got to go and experience different places and meet different people. Able to meet people who have literally done what you are trying to do, so good to find like-minded people. Work hours were a little bit long though however.

They had clients booked for you well in advance so you knew when you were working and when you were unbooked. Everything had good organisation

How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

Having worked for 3 months in busy season, the company culture is relatively fast-paced and it trains you to stay on top of stuff. Also speaking to different people also makes you aware of how the work is and the competence that you need to bring
Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?

Yeah there were socials as well as even with the setting of the office, it's very easy to socialise and most people are friendly anyways to socialise with.
