Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Listening to sessions about different business areas and initiatives at Citi. Q&A panels with different level employees at Citi. Virtual simulations with Amplify on trading, quant, IPO. A virtual escape room!
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Eye-opening about how many divisions are within Citi that are of interest. Also how flexible the company is with their employees moving roles / locations.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Global as it is the most global bank. A good community feel, obviously everyone works very hard but there is a supportive culture and it feels as though the company really invests in its people.
