Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I have catch ups with my manager in the morning, then I continue with the work I do from my manager for an example a task that contributes to the project we are in, then I have a team catch up, then work on stretches i am in then leave.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I am enjoying the scheme as my day to day work is interesting and manageable and also I am in a team where, I am supported and I have the chance to collaborate with a variety of people in a wide range of activities/tasks. and university also has been good to learn skills and use those skills on the job.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt many new skills like project control skills, budgeting, financial skills, planning and scheduling, and core skills like my English and maths skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It is well structured, But sometimes It does take extra steps to get things done and to find out information and in terms of university the structure there is not always clear and done efficiently e.g. teaching style and module formats.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Support is great from my manager and good from the early careers and skills coaches, HR and such but sometimes it does take longer to reach the early careers, skills coaches and such which can make getting support difficult and time consuming.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Support is good, but it does take a while to get in contact with the provider but they host sessions with course representatives to get feedback and improve on areas that they have not done so well in and such which is great.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
University is generally good but sometimes the teaching style and the content in the modules can make learning the content difficult but the training providers are always coming up with solutions to solve this which is widely appreciated.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are groups that people can join like walking groups and I believe a sports group and also social events that people can also go to
