I enjoy parts of my programme. I enjoy working with my direct team and supporting those around me.

I have learnt a lot about LCM and risk management. Lots of soft skills development.

It can feel frustrating that some documentation processes and procedures are not fully structured. Overall, I have a general idea.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It can depend. Support in regard to university and work load, feels like limited as communication between teams is limited or fractured.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university support on offer is very good but can be a bit hit or miss. In regard to completing assessments the support is very limited.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The knowledge I learn at uni can directly relate to my placement work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are loads of stretch activities to get involved in. Socially it is limited due to office location.
