I work through 6 month placements within the project management function that allows me to work all around the business, meaning my day-to-day is different each day. I also have collage work to complete which is all business related

Why?
There is many opportunities within BAE Systems that allow me to go further in my apprenticeship but also carry that experience on to the rest of my career. There is constant direct and indirect support from the training school, managers and peers that allow me to progress in my placements successfully
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Understand that it's fine to not know and feel comfortable asking any questions as even the small questions could give you the big chunk of knowledge you were missing.
