Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis, I am taught the A license modules with an hour at the end of the day to revise the content. Sometimes the learning is split with practical work on none live aircrafts. This is all to be prepared to go on base.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I fully enjoy my content, although some times challenging, the programme pushes me everyday to be the best.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills such as new revision techniques and the ability to use new equipment in the workshop. Additionally, I have developed my further knowledge on aircraft systems.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well thought out, the structure is very organised to allow enough time in-between each exam without causing any time stress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Everyone within the academy is extremally supportive, and multiple times they have reached out just to check on me. I feel confident that if I ever had an issue they would be there.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Once again, all the trainers are extremally supportive and offer constant help just for us to see results. Whenever there's a query they will stay back and make sure it is resolved.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't believe that without this training that I would be a good employee on base. I would struggle and not have much of an idea what is expected of me.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We had the opportunity to go to an extra-curricular a few months ago in the lake district. Here we worked on team exercises and self development.
