day to day work is challenging while still being enjoyable by creating tricky situations which test your problem solving abilities. all staff are so helpful in supporting your everyday challenges and big picture goals!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

everyday is something new, weather its traveling all across the uk or just down the road the products we deliver to sites are satisfying to install and a great way to see a project go from nothing to a whole system

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

my technical skills have sky rocketed learning all new methods of problem solving on all different equiptment. my networking skills have also taking a massive leap due to schneider being a global company and everyone being so easy to reach out to

regular catchups with my mentors, managers, apprentice manager and university tutors ensures i am on track and aiming to excel in my role
How much support do you receive from your employer?

every little issue or challenge i face i can report to anyone in the company and they will know someone who can sort it out, with university support the company is so flexible with my education allowing me time to catch up and support when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

lecturers have office hours for open support but also a quick email to them can help you out alot as theyre always happy to help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the knowledge of not just the systems i work on but also the whole architecture and supply for the building is taken into account so we can see a whole picture when working on projects
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

frequent networking events from our own Employee Resource Group and social committee to keep people up to date on all future events.
