Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
My day to day role involves completing reconciliations, rolling over files and consolidating information from a number of different projects which is then reported further up.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I do enjoy my programme as it involves a lot of learning new things and being exposed to a number of opportunities etc All of the teams I have worked in have been very welcoming and friendly which has definitely increased my enjoyment of this apprenticeship

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have definitely developed my IT skills throughout my placements so far, learning something new each time. I have also developed my communication skills and also working under time pressures and to certain deadlines; meaning I need to manage my time and tasks more effectively

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
My overall apprenticeship is very structured and I know how and what I'll be doing to progress and complete my degree. However, the organisation as a whole I think could improve in this area, as it would just help the flow of the apprenticeship run more smoothly
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
There is endless support from my employer from my managers, skills coaches, my mentor or simply anyone in my team that I feel comfortable enough to open up to. There are also regular catch ups with the other apprenticeships on my programme which is also very useful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
There are a number of ways to receive support from my training provider, including contacting my tutor or the shared services team available. There are also a large number of revision resources available which help aid in passing my exams.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
There are a few parts of my learning that are transferable to my role; however, most of my learning through my training provider, cant be passed on to my actual role which sometimes makes things more difficult to retain and remember
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are a multitude of extra-curricular activities to be involved with, including with apprentices from different functions or apprentices from different locations
