Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My qualification is the Customer Service Specialist, which is helping me work toward a Service Management role. Daily, i communicate and work with the rest of the service team on my account. As i am new, i am helping with forming presentations, customer handbooks and sending emails to the customer. I have other responsibilities outside this for a few projects.

it is good in terms of study and tasks to do. I think it is down to your manage outside of this to determine how well structured my role is aside from the programme.

when needed, it is always provided and quick. Occasionally questions aren't fully answered but help is always useful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

due to research done in the tasks given and the learning of new terms and processes, it does help fulfill my role.
