My role involves 4 x 6 Month Placements within various Project management roles. On a day to day basis i complete Business admin and Project management tasks and complete assignments which are assigned through early careers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the program. Events like the outward bound trip in Eskdale really helped bond me with the others around me and the tams I have been in have been welcoming and extremely helpful. In terms of work enjoyment, I enjoy the learning curve I am currently on and cant wait to learn more.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have learnt lots to do with how the business operates and how to work within an office environment. I have also learnt about key project management tasks and working order

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured and was laid out in a clear and easy to understand way. Everything is scheduled into our outlook calendars with schemes of work being readily provided to help clear up any uncertainties with the future of the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a skills coach, line manager, Safety leads, function lead ( lots more ) to provide as much support as I need. I feel very comfortable approaching these figures for any sort of support I need physical and mental.

I'm learning about Business administration whilst working within PM teams. These go hand in hand although they are not directly the same. I can say that what I have been learning so far has been influential on how I apply to my role .

There are lots of professional networking events and other professional events outside of placement. However there is minimal sports activates
