Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis you can expect some theory learning in the classroom environment and also workshop hands on learning which takes place with your group that you complete all lessons with , all tutors mark and give feedback on all work and assignments on a day to day basis which helps me to learn from my mistakes and become better at my trade.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme as I have lots of good hard working and motivating people working around and with me , I also enjoy the structure of the programme as there is always something to look forward to , you also have a connection to the business through the shares system which I also enjoy
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned lots of skills since starting my apprenticeship both hands on skills in the workshop , computer and communication skills and also I have learned a lot about myself and how to better work as a team , I learned the most skills on outward bound which was a week away as a team and we had to complete lots of tough tasks

The programme is very structured and planned out which helps a lot on a day to day basis and there is always something to look forward to
